Returns & Refunds

Our Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Unopened, with the seal intact
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrance oils
  • Opened body care products (shea butters, soaps, lotions, etc.) for hygiene reasons
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at theberryashop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped at no charge. If you need an exchange for this reason, email theberryashop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company — processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, email us at theberryashop@gmail.com.
